Before you sign, ask the tough questions. While others might claim a 5-year warranty, look closer at their terms. You might find that after just 3 years or 60,000km, you are suddenly on your own for:

Essential Hardware: Shock absorbers and suspension components.
Charging Infrastructure: On-board charging assemblies and power modules.

Traction battery and battery management system (BMS), drive motor and intelligent power unit (IPU).
Original whole-vehicle parts other than key parts, consumable parts and special warranty items.
Paint - 36 months with unlimited mileage.
Body Rust - 144 months with unlimited mileage.
12V Battery - 5 years or 120,000 km.
Authorized Care: Maintenance must be performed at authorized XPENG service centers according to the recommended schedule to keep your records current.
Manufacturing Protection: We cover factory defects in materials or workmanship. Standard "wear and tear" items (like tires, wiper blades, or brake pads) are part of regular owner maintenance. User created incidents such as accidents, damaged glass, flat tyres, etc. are not covered by the Warranty.
Standard Use: Your warranty covers normal driving and commuting. Damage from accidents, racing, or unauthorized modifications is not included.
Genuine Integrity: To ensure safety and performance, repairs must be completed using Genuine XPENG parts and approved software & personnel.
